Liokareas

Liokareas is a family olive estate in the foothills of southern Kalamata, Messinia. It's worked by the Liokareas family for more than five generations. They grow Koroneiki olives on their own orchards and presses them at its mill the day they are picked. The village's first stone press was installed on the estate in 1935. Peter Liokareas runs the business from Pittsburgh, returning each year for the harvest, and sells the oil direct to US customers through its online shop.
