Kollias Olive Oil

Kollias Olive Oil is the Kollias family's farm just outside Filiatra in Messinia, in Greece's Peloponnese, where the family has grown olives for several generations. They harvest only the Koroneiki olives from their own land, picking early in November while the fruit is still green and pressing it the same day, and never blend in other producers' oil. The oil is bottled in Filiatra and sold direct through their online shop, shipping from their warehouse in Illinois to customers in the United States. They publish laboratory results for each harvest.
