Heart Rock Ranch Olive Oil

Heart Rock Ranch Olive Oil is an offgrid, solar powered estate grove on Indian Valley Road in San Miguel on California's Central Coast. The owners chose Spanish varieties, Hojiblanca and Picual, after visiting Andalusia, and farm them with a "no-till" approach, drip irrigation from their own well and regular leaf and soil testing. The oils are pressed from the estate's own olives and sold direct from their website, with visits to the tasting room and grove available by arrangement.
