Fattoria Triboli

Fattoria Triboli is an organic farm in the hills of Impruneta, just south of Florence in Tuscany, farmed organically since 2019 using regenerative methods. Alongside vegetables, eggs, honey and vinegar it makes a single organic Tuscan extra virgin olive oil, a blend of native Tuscan varieties picked by hand and pressed within hours in a Mori-TEM mill, then stored in stainless steel. The farm sells direct from its online shop, offers each new harvest on pre-order, and publishes its laboratory and panel-test reports for every harvest since 2021.
