Ethos

Ethos is the extra virgin olive oil of O&C Olive Company, made from three family farms in the Mondego Valley near Guarda, in Portugal's Beira Interior: Quinta de São João, Quinta da Campanária and Quinta de São Lourenço, inside the Serra da Estrela Natural Park. Centenary rainfed Galega groves sit alongside newer plantings of Galega, Cobrançosa, Cordovil, Maçanilha and Cornicabra, all farmed organically. The olives are pressed the same day they are picked at the family's own mill at Quinta da Campanária. The range of single-variety oils is sold direct from the Ethos online shop.
