Cobram Estate

Cobram Estate operates from Northern California, cultivating olive groves in Sonoma Valley where they maintain a dedicated nursery that selects the strongest saplings for planting. The company follows Olive.IQ standards for grove management, employing precision irrigation, pruning techniques and satellite monitoring for water usage. They use over twelve different olive tree varietals, blending them to produce a range of flavours from Mild to Classic and Robust profiles. Just like their operation in Australia, they harvest using state-of-the-art systems called Optimus and Colossus to collect olives at peak ripeness, maintaining fruit integrity throughout the process. Once harvested, olives are transported immediately to their state-of-the-art mill where advanced sorting technology removes debris and mummified olives before cold pressing. The oil is stored in nitrogen-capped storage tanks before bottling to preserve freshness. Cobram Estate has rigorous analytical protocols through production, measuring Free Fatty Acid levels, moisture content and other quality indicators however they don't publish any of these values for consumers.
