Capay Valley Olive

Capay Valley Olive is an estate grower in the Capay Valley in Northern California. Olives are grown and hand-harvested on the farm and milled within hours at the nearby Chacewater Winery & Olive Mill. At the 2026 California State Fair they were named Best of California Artisan Producer, with their French Blend taking Best of Show for blends and their Coratina Best of Class. They sell direct through their own online shop.
