BearBird Ranch

BearBird Ranch is Cathy McMillan and Ricardo Santos's estate grove in the grasslands and rolling hills of San Luis Obispo County on the California Central Coast, with more than 600 olive trees. They grow Italian varieties including Leccino, Coratina, Pendolino, Maurino and Frantoio, hand-pick the fruit and cold-press it within six to eight hours of harvest. The oil is sold direct through their online shop and at the Cambria, Paso Robles and Morro Bay farmers' markets.
