Avistria

Avistria runs an olive grove of about 35 hectares at Sveti Lovreč in Istria, with roughly 400 old trees and around 9,000 young ones. The company does everything in-house, from planting and harvesting to processing and bottling, and sells its extra virgin olive oils direct through its own online shop. Its sales office is in St. Gilgen, Austria.
