Single-variety extra virgin olive oil from Oblica olives grown on the island of Šolta. Fruity aroma of fresh grass and aromatic flora. Tasting notes include fresh fruity flavours of almond, banana, and artichoke, with mild spiciness and bitterness. Pairs with boiled and white fish, vegetable soups, green salads, tomato salads, cakes, and chocolate cakes.
