Červar Coratina is a monovarietal extra virgin olive oil crafted from Coratina olives in Istria, boasting a green colour with golden reflections. Its distinctive aroma combines green almonds, freshly mown grass, and artichoke, leading to an intense profile of pronounced piquancy, mild bitterness, and a sweet finish. This oil excels as a seasoning for vegetable or marinated seafood bruschetta, grilled meats, cooked vegetable salads, and desserts featuring white chocolate or simple sponge cakes.
