Yagi Farm presses this early harvest Lucca oil from olives grown on the south coast of Shodoshima overlooking Uchiura Bay. The family hand picks the fruit and mills it at their own facility, prioritising quality whilst sacrificing yield. The oil is fruity and harbours a distinct green-banana aroma and the typical lingering peppery finish at the back of the throat.
