Willow Creek Privé Extra Virgin Olive Oil is made from a select 0.1% of the estate's harvest in South Africa's Nuy Valley. The olives, grown in lime-rich soils, are cold-pressed within hours of harvesting to retain their freshness and vibrant flavours. This oil boasts an intense style with notes of green apple and black pepper, perfect for finishing dishes or drizzling over artisanal bread. Award-winning and produced using precision farming techniques under expert guidance.
