Willow Creek produces their Nuy Valley Blend as a delicate extra virgin olive oil designed for consumers new to EVOO. The oil is made from olives allowed to ripen fully on the tree, resulting in a mild, approachable profile with subtle walnut and apple flavours.
This award-winning blend features a gentle character that won't overpower dishes, making it suitable for everyday cooking, baking, sautéing, and preparing fish. The oil can also be used to make homemade mayonnaise and marinades.
Available in 250ml and 500ml bottles, the Nuy Valley Blend is positioned as a milder introduction to extra virgin olive oil for customers comparing everyday cooking oils.
