This exceptional extra virgin olive oil is crafted from Spanish Arbosana olives grown on the family's ranch in Templeton, California. The oil displays a distinctive flavour profile with prominent green tea notes balanced by nutty and woody undertones, culminating in a robust, peppery finish. Meticulously cared for from tree to bottle, this single-varietal oil represents the family's commitment to quality California olive oil production. Perfect for salads, dipping, marinating, or cooking, it offers versatility and authentic Mediterranean character.
As of May 10, 2026, while this may have been organic in the past, the certified-organic status of this oil is no longer confirmed by CCOF.
