Sogno di Oliva Extra Virgin Olive Oil is an estate-grown Californian oil from De Luz, cold-pressed to preserve its exceptional quality since 2007. This award-winning oil features a very fresh, slightly robust profile with a distinctive fruity herbal aroma. The tasting profile reveals green herbaceous fruit and green banana flavours, finished with a pleasant chili and black pepper note. Perfect for marinades, pastas, and salad dressings, this gold medal-winning oil has been recognised at both the 2024 Los Angeles and New York International Olive Oil Competitions.
