Shaken Down Extra Virgin Olive Oil is pressed from a single grove of 500 mature trees on the banks of the Oruaiti River near Mangonui in Northland. After a warm Northland summer the olives are shaken and hand picked, then taken straight to the Olivado pressing house in Waipapa for cold pressing. The 2026 Gold Harvest has vibrant green fruit, balanced bitterness and a peppery finish, and won Gold at the 2026 Oliveti Northland EVOO Awards.
