This monovarietal extra virgin olive oil is produced from Koroneiki olives that are hand-picked in the Peloponnese region of Greece and cold pressed.
The producer describes this oil as heavily flavoured and suggests its use in chicken and lamb recipes, as well as for dipping and salads. The Koroneiki varietal is noted by some as a premium Greek olive oil variety.
