Saint's Drop Buža is an early-harvest extra virgin olive oil from Sveti Lovreč, made solely from the indigenous Istrian Buža variety. Golden green in colour and rich in polyphenols, it has medium green fruitiness, bitterness, and pungency, with aromas of green almond, artichoke, olive leaf, vanilla, yellow apple, chicory, hazelnut, coffee, and green olive.
