Rylstone Olive Press produces Cudgegong Extra Virgin Olive Oil in New South Wales' Central West region. The 2023 vintage earned a Silver award at the Australian International Olive Awards (Class 2), showcasing aromas of olive leaf, green tea, and green apple, with vegetal and savoury herb notes on the palate. It offers a creamy finish balanced by moderate bitterness and lingering pungency. This oil consistently features complex fruit characteristics, harmonising natural fruitiness with peppery intensity.
