Producer Notes
This is the purest expression of South Australia's best olives from the 2026 harvest. This oil delivers vibrant notes of almond, pepper, and green banana.

Harvest date (precision unverified): 1 July 2025
Varieties
Frantoio Coratina Leccino
Producer Notes
This intense oil combines floral and nutty aromas with a soft, smooth palate. Notes of walnut, almond and ripe banana give way to a clean peppery finish. Low yields and a dry start to the year accelerated ripening. Blended by Joe Grilli, Matteo Grilli and Tom Garrett.

Why choose it

Choose a recent, clearly dated release when you want the most vivid expression of its aromas and flavour.

Worth knowing
