Pasolivo Sommelier Blend

Pasolivo's Sommelier Blend is a limited-edition extra virgin olive oil created by the producer's own Level II Olive Oil Sommelier, Marisa Bloch Gaytan, from a 50/50 blend of Mission and Ascolano olives grown in Paso Robles, California. Inspired by the lively character of Pasolivo's Olio Nuovo, it was released to bridge the gap until the next harvest, with Mission bringing fresh green, grassy notes and Ascolano adding a bold, peppery finish. It suits salads, grilled meats and vegetables, and fresh bread. Sold in a 375 ml bottle for a limited time only, it is certified extra virgin by the California Olive Oil Council.
