OPG Oliveri Maurino is a single-variety extra virgin olive oil made from Maurino olives, featuring a mild flavour with notes of green banana peel, freshly cut grass, tomato leaf, and mild bitterness. This versatile oil pairs excellently with ice-cream, fruit cakes, fish, and cottage cheese such as Istrian dry curd cheese or ricotta.
