OPG Oliveri Arbequina is a single-variety extra virgin olive oil from Arbequina olives, produced in Kaštelir, Istria, Croatia. It offers a mild flavour with organoleptic notes of citrus fruits, dried tomato, and lemongrass, alongside balanced mild bitterness and spiciness. This oil pairs beautifully with freshwater fish, ripe cheeses, tomatoes, and citrus fruits.
