OPG Olea Magica Premium Blend extra virgin olive oil is a harmonious blend of Buža, Istarska Bjelica, Rošinjola, Leccino, Pendolino, and Ascolana Tenera olives from Rovinj in Istria, Croatia. It features a unique aroma and flavour of fresh olive fruit, artichoke, chicory, endive, and aromatic herbs, with balanced bitterness and pungency. This high-quality oil inspires inventive dishes and excels as an accompaniment to veal and lamb under peka, asparagus with eggs, grilled fish and vegetables, cuttlefish risotto, octopus salad, and maneštra with trukinja.
