Valade Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Nono Remido is a harmonious blend of Buža, Karbonaca, Leccino, Bjelica, Pendolino, Maraiola, and Frantoio olives, sourced from Rovinj in Istria, Croatia. This high-quality oil is obtained solely by mechanical means from healthy unripe fruits, pressed within 12 hours at below 27°C. Its unique balance makes it ideal for everyday use in salads, grilled meats, and fresh seafood. Store in a cool, dark place at 14-18°C for best preservation.
