Nono Remido's Rosinjola monosort extra virgin olive oil, from Rovinj in Istria, Croatia, is crafted from healthy unripe olives mechanically pressed within 12 hours below 27°C. This high-quality oil boasts an intense aroma, pronounced spicy taste, and moderate bitterness. Store in a cool, dark place at 14-18°C for optimal preservation.
