Produced on the family farm Dolina miru in Slovenian Istria, this organic extra virgin olive oil carries the region's protected designation of origin. Early-harvest olives are cold-pressed within hours, yielding strong polyphenols and a peppery, medium-intensity profile reportedly rich in hydroxytyrosol. The family claims each tablespoon delivers 3-4 mg of hydroxytyrosol (matching the EFSA daily minimum for vascular health).
