Oleum Viride Belić Casaliva Extra Virgin Olive Oil is a premium Italian Casaliva variety from Fažana, Istria, Croatia, presenting a golden-green hue with medium fruity aromas of green olive, apple, almond and aromatic herbs. This mild oil balances bitterness and piquancy, obtained solely by mechanical means for superior quality. It pairs excellently with vegetable bruschetta, barley minestrone, squid risotto, roast chicken and turkey, medium-aged cheese, fresh strawberries and strawberry ice cream.
