Tekisui is Oki Olive's reservation-only domestic extra virgin olive oil, produced from 100% Mission olives grown in Kagawa Prefecture. The producer describes it as a highly concentrated early-harvest style with fresh green aroma, refined richness, and a distinctive peppery lift from its polyphenol content.
It is positioned less as a general cooking oil and more as a natural umami essence for the table, especially suited to Japanese food and simple dishes where a single finishing drizzle can stand out.
