Made from Ascolano olives grown on the family's 135-year-old California orchard, this single varietal extra virgin olive oil is hand-harvested and milled within hours for maximum freshness. It's a limited-edition release from a grove rescued from sale in 2012, when the family partnered with an Italian master miller to revive the established trees and launch Nuvo Olive Oil.
