Mouchão Courellas Extra Virgin Olive Oil is a premium blend of Galega and Cobrançosa olives from the Alentejo region of Portugal. Produced entirely at Herdade do Mouchão, it offers a spicy and fruity flavour profile with a reported high phenolic content. The Cobrançosa variety is harvested early to accentuate its peppery notes, while careful orchard management ensures quality. This oil embodies sustainable cultivation practices and the estate's dedication to excellence.
