View release history

Produced from hand-picked olives grown in Mitoyo, Kagawa Prefecture, this extra virgin olive oil benefits from Japan's top-ranking sunshine hours. It offers a distinctive young banana fruitiness and a soft palate with underlying strength, winning gold medals at OLIVE JAPAN 2021 and 2022. The oil enhances the mellowness of potato and onion potage or clam chowder while leaving a clean finish.

How it was made

The olives are listed as being harvested manually.

Why choose it

These practices may appeal when you value hands-on harvesting, cooler fruit handling or direct estate control over milling.
