Meneghetti Bjelica is an extra virgin olive oil from the indigenous Istarska Bjelica (Istrian Bianchiera) variety, grown in Istria and Kvarner, renowned for its piquancy and bitterness. The golden-green oil offers aromas of freshly mown grass and a complex taste profile of olive fruit, almonds, wild asparagus, and radicchio. This resilient olive, with its abundant fertility and cold resistance, pairs perfectly with beef, lamb, hard cheeses, and similar robust dishes.
