Frantoio Monovarietal Shapeshifter

Made from Frantoio and FS17 olives grown at Mardouw Olive Estate near Swellendam at the foothills of the Langeberg Mountains in South Africa's Breede River Valley, this oil is cold-pressed to preserve its well-balanced, herbaceous character. Certified extra virgin with a free acidity of 0.35% and a peroxide value of 3.0 meq/kg, it delivers 692 mg/kg of polyphenols and flavonoids.
