Produced by a family-run mill in Alcanena, Ribatejo, this extra virgin olive oil blends Galega, Cobrançosa and Picual olives. The olives are cold-extracted in a two-phase continuous line shortly after harvest, yielding a low-acidity oil (targeting below 0.3%) with intense, sweet and fruity notes. Galega, a traditional Portuguese variety, combines with polyphenol-rich Cobrançosa to create a balanced, characterful oil.
