Correggiola Monovarietal

Lauriston Grove grows the Italian Correggiola olive on its grove along the coast at Hope Beach in southern Tasmania, picking the fruit by hand during the annual harvest from May to July. Intense aromas carry through to the palate with green astringency and radicchio bitterness, over a robust yet creamy mouthfeel that lingers on the finish. The oil took the Reserve Champion Trophy at the 2024 Hobart Fine Foods Awards and pours well over roast vegetables.
