A highly aromatic oil with fresh grass and tomato leaf aromas. Silky texture with wild herb, green tomato, and artichoke flavors, plus a hint of walnut from the Frantoio variety. Spicy finish with black pepper, bell pepper, and rocket notes characteristic of Coratina variety. A tough season in the olive grove resulted in a small but intensely flavourful harvest.
