Il Fustino Olio Nuovo

Crafted from 100% Arbequina olives harvested in California's Santa Barbara region, this unfiltered early-harvest oil is bottled immediately after milling to preserve its vibrant green hue and fresh, grassy aroma. Its bold flavour profile features peppery notes and a distinctive spicy finish, characteristic of premium Olio Nuovo. This limited-reserve oil excels when drizzled over crisp green salads or paired with artisan breads for dipping. The unfiltered production method retains the olives' reported phenolic compounds and complex flavours.
