This full bodied extra virgin olive oil is packed with polyphenols, offering a rich flavour profile with hints of green plantain, capsicum, walnut, and a spicy rocket finish. Produced from a November 2024 harvest and bottled in eco friendly aluminium packaging to protect from UV rays, it ensures superior quality through temperature-controlled storage and random tastings. It has earned the California Olive Oil Council Seal of Excellence and pairs excellently as a finishing oil for salads, dressings, popcorn, and even ice cream.
