Produced from Koroneiki olives grown in the PDO-protected Messara Valley of Crete, this oil is hand harvested and cold extracted on the same day of harvest to lock in freshness. The sensory profile imparts a fruity bouquet with peppery notes, medium bitterness and pungency, alongside hints of herbs and pepper. It has close to zero acidity and high polyphenol content on account of the care during production and ideal growing conditions.
