Durant Frantoio Olio Nuovo

Durant's Frantoio Olio Nuovo is an unfiltered extra virgin olive oil from Frantoio olives milled at their Willamette Valley estate. The oil carries a sweet ripe olive aroma with a buttery palate and vegetal notes of celery leaf chicory and radicchio finishing with an aggressive lingering peppery kick. Shake gently before use to distribute the fine olive particles that remain from the initial milling.
