Frantoio Monovarietal

Made using the Italian Frantoio cultivar grown in the Willamette Valley Oregon, this extra virgin olive oil is milled and bottled at the Durant family's Dayton mill. It offers a sweet ripe olive aroma and a buttery palate with vegetal notes of celery leaf, chicory and radicchio, finishing with a robust lingering peppery kick. The oil has earned gold medals at the New York International Olive Oil Competition every year from 2017 to 2026 - Durant lays claim to one of the top ranks on the NYIOOC leaderboards.
