Dunford Grove grows this spray free extra virgin olive oil beside Lake Dunstan in Central Otago, blending the Tuscan varieties Frantoio, Leccino and Pendolino. The olives are harvested predominantly green to beat the frost and are pressed within hours for a fruity, herbaceous oil with a slightly bitter character and a peppery finish. Certified by Olives New Zealand with free fatty acids below 0.5%, it is delicious with bread.
