Corinto's Aryballos Organic EVOO is pressed from single varietal Manaki olives grown in Lechaio, Corinth, harvested early. The olives are cold extracted within 12 hours of picking to preserve a delicate aroma of fresh fruit, citrus, flowers and herbs with a sweet hint of olive, while the palate offers rich mouthfeel with floral and citrus notes and a peppery aftertaste.
