Chaloner Coratina Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Chaloner's Coratina Extra Virgin Olive Oil is a single-cultivar oil from the 2024 harvest, produced in Stellenbosch, Western Cape, South Africa. Made exclusively from Coratina olives, it is cold-extracted to preserve its intense characteristics. The oil exhibits a pungent aroma with notes of fresh fruit and green herbs, leading to a bold, spicy palate marked by pronounced bitterness and a lingering peppery finish. Its reported phenolic content suits hearty dishes, marinades, and recipes where assertive flavour is desired.
