Calistoga Press Extra Virgin Olive Oil comes from a small grove of hand-tended Manzanillo trees encircling the family vineyard at the northern end of Napa Valley. The olives are harvested while still green, yielding a certified extra virgin oil rich in polyphenols with a creamy, fruit-forward style and a robust peppery finish. It's a medal-winning estate oil best suited to bread.
