California Gold's Country Blend combines Italian-varietal olives sourced from neighbouring yards and ranches around Oakdale, yielding a COOC-certified oil with respectable polyphenols. The multi-variety blend creates a complex, well-balanced profile that is rich and flavourful, suited to everyday use. It works particularly well drizzled over roasted vegetables alongside the producer's barrel-aged balsamic vinegar.
