Babylonstoren's extra virgin olive oil blend combines five unspecified but Italian cultivars grown on the slopes of Simonsberg in the Western Cape. Cold pressed from the farm sourced olives - the oil has a silky texture on the tongue and throat with fruity, herbal and peppery notes over soft floral undertones. The golden oil is versatile and well-balanced, suited for everyday cooking.
