Made with Galega, Verdeal and Lentisca olives grown by smallholder farmers around Fátima, this extra virgin olive oil is cold extracted below 27°C to protect the volatile compounds responsible for the oil's aroma and flavour. The oil has a green yellow hue with a fruity and velvety character and a gentle peppery finish. Its ideal for salads, soups, fish and even stirfries.
